Document the scene
Take photos of all vehicles, license plates, the surroundings, and any visible damage.

Get the police report
Call 999 (Dubai Police) for a report. Pink = your fault, Green = not your fault.

Choose your garage
We'll coordinate with the agency or approved garage and arrange towing if needed.

Drive your car back
Once repairs are complete, we deliver the car and confirm everything is settled.
